Two Generations. One Legacy.

At Agrasha, our strength comes from nearly five decades of experience in the metals and recycling trade, combined with a modern, global approach to sourcing, supply chain management, and customer relationships.

Mr. Madhukant Agrawal – Founder & Chairman

With a career in the metals and scrap trade dating back to 1975, Mr. Madhukant Agrawal brings over five decades of industry knowledge and experience to Agrasha.

Having witnessed the evolution of the recycling and metals industry across multiple business cycles, his approach has always been built around strong relationships, commercial integrity, and a deep understanding of materials and markets.

Over the years, he has developed long-standing relationships with suppliers, consumers, and industry partners, providing Agrasha with the experience and market understanding that form the foundation of the business today.

Mr. Dhruv Agrawal – Director

Dhruv Agrawal joined the family business in 2012, representing the next generation of Agrasha’s leadership.

He graduated from The Ohio State University, USA, with a major in Supply Chain Management, bringing an international perspective and a structured approach to sourcing, logistics, and global trade.

Building upon the foundation established by the previous generation, Dhruv has focused on expanding Agrasha’s international sourcing network, developing relationships with suppliers and consumers across global markets, and strengthening the company’s presence across the ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling industry.

His approach combines traditional relationship-driven trading with modern supply-chain practices, market intelligence, and an emphasis on creating reliable, long-term partnerships.

Experience That Spans Generations

Together, the two generations bring a combination of 50+ years of industry experience and next-generation global thinking.

From understanding materials and markets to managing international supply chains and building enduring relationships, Agrasha continues to grow on the principles that have guided the business since its earliest days:

Trust. Knowledge. Reliability. Relationships.
